Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

RISE Haunted House wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people with disabilities. We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we review the site regularly as we add new content.

What We’ve Done

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a “Skip to main content” link and visible focus outlines
  • Images have text descriptions for screen readers
  • Text colors are chosen to meet contrast requirements
  • Forms have labels that screen readers can read
  • Animations are turned off when your device is set to reduce motion

Third-Party Content

Ticket sales and some embedded content are provided by outside companies. We can’t fully control how accessible those services are, but if you have trouble with them, contact us and we’ll help you complete your purchase another way.

At the Venue

Most of the venue is wheelchair accessible. For the Haunted Hayride, riders need to transfer from their wheelchair to the wagon. Contact us before your visit if you have questions or need an accommodation.

Need Help or Found a Problem?

If any part of this website is hard to use, please let us know. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we’ll do our best to fix it and get you the information you need.
